How to Fix Windows 10 to Windows XP File Sharing – Cannot Access Problem (Networking Issue)

Although Windows 10 file sharing is easy to do with Windows 10, you may encounter some problems when doing it with Windows XP. In this post I have mentioned how to fix file sharing problem with Windows 10 and XP OS. This problem can be solved easily if you do the below mentioned correctly.

Step-1 : First type “Control panel” in the search bar. ( Windows 10 PC – As mentioned in the picture)

 Step-2 : Select “Programe & Features” Option

Step-3 : Select “Turn Windows Features On or Off “ Option

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step-4 : Select “SMP 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support “ Option, If SMP 1.0 is not selected then tick this and select it. Thats it!..
